The Pennant Group is seeking a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver in-home patient care across Thurston County, Washington. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans with PCP orders, and provide direct care per the plan of care.

You’ll document meticulously and participate in QAPI initiatives. Ideal candidates hold RN licensure with Home Health experience, OASIS knowledge, and a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure and current, valid license to practice nursing.
• Prior Home Health agency experience is required.
• OASIS knowledge is required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Must be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle.
