Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communication/Journalism or related quantitative discipline plus 5 years of direct experience in project management, or process improvement profession. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communication/Journalism or related quantitative discipline plus 7 years of direct experience in project management, or process improvement profession. in lieu of a Master's degree plus 5 years of experience. This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must livewithina 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Freight office location up to several times per week.
