FedEx Freight is seeking a strategic planner to develop and implement the organization's long-term plans. The role involves coordinating input across major business units to ensure alignment with goals and profitability. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in IT or a business environment, with experience in project management and forecasting. Some travel may be required.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, Tennessee, or in Harrison, Arkansas. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
Responsible for the development of the organization's strategic plan(s) and implementing a plan for future success, ensuring alignment with business goals.
