Job summary

The Association of Fundraising Professionals Silicon Valley Chapter is seeking a temporary administrative and project assistant to support the Individual and Leadership Giving areas in the development department for a 6-month contract. You will provide professional support to ensure campaigns, travel logistics, and donor communications run smoothly.

You will collaborate with the Director of Individual and Leadership Giving and coordinate materials, donor communications, and records.

Qualifications

• Provides professional administrative support for the Individual and Leadership Giving areas.
• Assists in administering campaigns and donor-related projects.
• Maintains donor records and supports travel programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative support to the Director of Individual and Leadership Giving.
• Administers campaigns such as Producers Circle and Adler Fellow Sponsorship.
• Coordinates donor acknowledgments and occasional direct-mail campaigns.
• Maintains development records and files and archives action plans.
• Supports events and donor cultivation opportunities in partnership with the development team.
