Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend SEEDS of Early Learning training and SIPPS coaching; participate in trainings
• Provide data-driven literacy instruction to TK-2 students
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher Coach and Principal to set schedules and monitor progress
• Implement targeted interventions daily with small groups
• Assess student progress with fall, winter, and spring benchmarks
• Record student and program data weekly in online databases/Excel
• Participate in monthly coaching sessions to review progress and goals
