OVB is seeking a diligent customer service associate to handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while maintaining accurate account records. The role requires strong communication, tact, and the ability to work under pressure.

You will also cross-sell products and uphold quality relationships with customers. Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential, as is basic PC literacy and willingness to work overtime when needed.
