Qualifications

• Two years cash handling and customer service experience.
• Basic math, reading and writing, and computer skills are required.
• Ability to comply with Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) procedures and banking regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling with accuracy and security.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, refer customers to appropriate staff when needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
