Job summary

Wingate Living is seeking a Concierge to deliver outstanding service to residents and guests, combining front desk responsibilities with hospitality support to ensure an exceptional living experience. You will greet residents, answer inquiries, manage packages, and assist with daily operations in a welcoming environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality, senior living, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Demonstrated keyboarding skills with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond promptly to resident and family inquiries.
• Provide information about community services, amenities, and local resources.
• Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, package handling, and recordkeeping.
• Deliver packages, mail, and other items to residents efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Direct Emergency Personnel coming into the building.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies.
• Ensure copy machines and faxes have paper and are ready for use.
• Support residents and guests with luggage, packages, or groceries as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of the lobby, entryways, and valet areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Respond promptly to special requests and anticipate resident needs whenever possible.
• Apply “5 Star” customer service approach in all aspects of job.
• Support Wingate’s commitment to providing “5 Star” service on all quality objectives, with emphasis on continual improvement.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
• Report to managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations or standards of conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
