Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality, senior living, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Provide information about community services, amenities, and local resources.
• Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in and package handling.
• Deliver packages, mail, and items to residents efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-like privacy standards.
• Support residents and guests with carrying luggage, packages, or groceries as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff to ensure timely service.
• Respond to special requests and anticipate resident needs.
