Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Provide information about community services, amenities, and local resources.
• Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in, package handling, and recordkeeping.
• Deliver packages and mail to residents promptly and courteously.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with carrying luggage, packages, or groceries as needed.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the lobby, entryways, and valet areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff to ensure timely service.
• Direct Emergency Personnel coming into the building.
• Adhere to Wingate's policies and contribute to a 5 Star service culture.
