Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Provide information about community services, amenities and local resources.
• Manage front desk operations including visitor check-in and package handling.
• Deliver packages and assist with luggage or groceries as needed.
• Assist with valet services and manage requests using Cubigo.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and safety, and uphold 5 Star service standards.
