Job summary

Sportime Port Washington is seeking a front desk associate to greet members, assist prospects by phone and in person, and ensure a 5 star member experience as part of the John McEnroe Tennis Academy team.

Responsibilities include using APTUS for scheduling, operating the POS, completing shift reconciliations, managing member check-ins, handling messages, scheduling courts and lessons, and maintaining an organized workspace to support efficient club operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SPORTIME programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to listen, communicate clearly, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with inquiries in person and on the phone to deliver a 5-star experience.
• Use APTUS for scheduling, POS operations, shift reconciliations, and member statements.
• Record messages clearly and manage voicemail using the Broadview system.
• Ensure nightly closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain neat, stocked desk area and assist with courtesy calls and payments.
