Sportime | John McEnroe Tennis Academy in Schenectady is seeking a front desk associate to oversee operations and assist members. Responsibilities include establishing rapport with members, handling court reservations, and ensuring high-quality service to all.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of SPORTIME programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Ability to explain lessons, programs, memberships and promotions to members.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, assist members and prospects both in person and via phone.
• Establish and maintain excellent rapport with members and guests.
• Competency in all functions of APTUS, including Scheduler and POS.
• Make sure closing procedures are followed each night.
• Schedule court reservations and private lessons.
