Job summary

Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Certified FMS/CNC Milling Machining professional located in Euclid, OH. This role involves setup, operation, and inspection of precision CNC equipment with emphasis on 5-axis machines and strict GD&T standards.

Candidate must meet ITAR requirements, have a strong blueprint reading skillset, and bring extensive experience to ensure high-quality aerospace components are produced to exact tolerances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance; ITAR compliance.
• Minimum 6 years set-up and operation of precision CNC equipment; 2 years on 4- or 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Minimum 6 years GD&T experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain CNC equipment to produce parts per specifications.
• Read prints, gages, programs, layouts, fixtures; verify geometry with tools and comparators.
• Perform layout and head-check inspections to ensure conformance to specs.
• Prepare tool setups, alignments, and perform sub-assembly operations as needed.
