Job summary

Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division seeks a Certified FMS / CNC Milling Machining specialist in Euclid, OH. The role involves setting up, operating, and inspecting 5-axis CNC milling machines, following ANSI Y14.5 standards, and maintaining documentation under the Certified Operator program.

Minimum six years in CNC setup/operation and GD&T experience are required, with eligibility to work legally in the US and within 50 miles of the facility. Competitive hourly pay applies.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• 6+ years set-up and operation of precision CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain CNC milling machines (5-axis).
• Read complex prints, programs and process sheets to ensure conformance.
• Perform basic in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures and counters to support accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhere to ITAR requirements and safety standards.
