Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and maintain complete CNC programs for complex aerospace hardware.
• Design routers, fixturing, and gauges for safe, efficient manufacturing.
• Lead lean improvements and participate in kaizen events.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability.
• Provide support to floor issues and maintain time standards.
• Ensure quality with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
