Job summary

Toyota Racing Development USA is seeking a highly skilled Machinist for our 1st shift. You will set up and run 5-axis CNCs and robotic automation to produce race and commercial engine components, following SOPs and quality targets.

Strong GD&T and tool knowledge, plus experience with Heidenhain/Mazatrol controls, are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a precision CNC environment, are proficient with measuring tools, and can read complex blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School diploma AND AA Degree or completed trade school study relevant toward CNC machine manufacturing.
• Knowledge of 5 axis CNC machine controls with Heidenhain or Mazatrol experience preferred.
• 5+ years in a dynamic, close-tolerance CNC manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints with GD&T and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain 5-axis CNC machines and robotics per schedule.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to optimize processes and troubleshoot.
• Verify machine configurations, tooling life, and fixture requirements.
• Perform daily maintenance and document issues for root-cause analysis.
• Read blueprints, inspect parts, and ensure quality per QC reports.
