Job summary

Sylvania in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time 4K Wrap-Around Care Aide to support the 4K Wrap Around Care Program and supervise recess/lunch with hours from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., following the 4K school calendar.

The ideal candidate will show strong interpersonal communication, work well with students, staff, and families, and demonstrate reliability and a caring attitude. A background check is required and experience with young children is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and engage with young children.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the 4K Wrap-Around Care Program for students.
• Supervise recess and lunch times.
• Support engaging and educational activities aligned with the 4K curriculum.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality in a early childhood setting.
