Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a RAN Test Engineer III to join our cutting-edge wireless engineering team. You will validate LTE and 5G NR RAN technologies, perform test execution in lab and customer environments, and present results to customers.

Your work centers on air interface, end-to-end performance, and call processing. The role requires strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies, 8–10 years in wireless/RAN testing, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies including DL/UL scheduling, beamforming, and MIMO.
• Experience with 3GPP standards and release cycles.
• System testing validation, test planning, parameter tuning.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and feature validation for LTE & 5G RAN products focusing on air interface and end-to-end performance.
• Execute tests in customer lab, prepare reports, and present findings to customers.
• Convert product and feature requirements into system test cases and execution to meet specs.
• Perform detailed analysis of 4G/5G wireless protocols and troubleshoot issues.
• Educate customers on new products and services and ensure commitments are met.

• Responsible for development of product validation, feature validation, systems and performance analysis, customer review sessions for LTE & 5G RAN products focusing on Air interface, E2E performance, and Call Processing.
• Responsible for Test execution in customer lab, Report creation and customer presentation.
• Analyzing the product and feature requirements, converting them into system test cases and execution to ensure product meets customer spec.
• Aid in product & feature performance analysis, evaluation of new product & SW releases
• Perform detailed analysis of 4G& 5G Wireless Protocols

• Educate our customers on Samsung's new products and services both individually and in a team environment.
• Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.
• Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross- functional teams from SEA and Samsung HQ to achieve successful new product roll-outs and developments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required)
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in wireless/RAN testing
• OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience

• Experience working in multi-vendor environments (Samsung, Ericsson, Nokia, etc.)
