Job summary

Teleworld Solutions in Plano, Texas is seeking an experienced 4G/5G RAN Test Engineer III with 8 to 10+ years of wireless experience to join our engineering team. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional engineering experience in wireless telecommunications, RF testing, or RAN validation.
• Strong understanding of LTE and 5G NR technologies, including Beamforming, MIMO, EN-DC, DL/UL Scheduling, and LTE Power Control.

Detailed Job Description:

As a 4G/5G RAN Test Engineer III at Teleworld Solutions, you will take full technical ownership of executing feature, system, interoperability (IOT), and performance testing for advanced LTE and 5G RAN architectures in Plano, Texas. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing air interface performance, evaluating call processing and end-to-end network behavior, and developing comprehensive test cases based on customer and 3GPP specifications.
