Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions Inc is seeking a RAN Test Engineer III to validate LTE and 5G NR RAN technologies. You will work in lab and customer environments, performing test execution, analysis, and reporting to ensure performance meets customer specs.

You will translate requirements into system tests, analyze product releases, and educate customers on new products and services while coordinating with global teams for successful rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required).
• 8–10 years of wireless/RAN testing experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies; DL/UL scheduling, power control, beamforming, MIMO, EN-DC.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and feature validation, systems and performance analysis for LTE & 5G RAN.
• Execute tests in customer labs, prepare reports, and present findings to customers.
• Translate product/feature requirements into system test cases and executions.
• Assist performance analysis of new product and software releases.
• Perform detailed analysis of 4G/5G wireless protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues and educate customers on new products and services.
• Collaborate with SEA and Samsung HQ teams for new product rollouts.

• Responsible for development of product validation, feature validation, systems and performance analysis, customer review sessions for LTE & 5G RAN products focusing on Air interface, E2E performance, and Call Processing.


• Responsible for Test execution in customer lab, Report creation and customer presentation.


• Analyzing the product and feature requirements, converting them into system test cases and execution to ensure product meets customer spec.


• Aid in product & feature performance analysis, evaluation of new product & SW releases


• Perform detailed analysis of 4G& 5G Wireless Protocols

• Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.

Education & Experience
