Job summary

ADP in Denver is seeking a 401(k) Plan Specialist to provide product support to TotalSource 401(k) participants and clients, ensuring plan compliance and timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business/HR or related field; CEBS/ASPPA credentials are a plus. The role offers a competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a concentration in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience.
• CEBS/ASPPA or other pension certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from MEP participants.
• Acts a primary contact for day to day record-keeping matters with an emphasis on first-call resolution for items relating to Plan compliance, systems and processes.
