Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a 401(k) Plan Specialist to provide product support to TotalSource 401(k) plan participants and clients. You will explore and resolve issues with government regulations, ensuring plan compliance and effective communication to ensure participant satisfaction.

The role emphasizes issue ownership, research, and escalation management within a large PEO services environment, with a commitment to client success and adherence to CORE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/HR or related field.
• CEBS/ASPPA or other pension certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from MEP participants.
• Act as primary contact for day-to-day record-keeping with focus on first-call resolution for plan compliance, systems and processes.
• Research and resolve 401(k) technical, product, and compliance questions.
• Troubleshoot participant issues with ADP and Voya systems and related processes.
• Analyze compliance test results and Plan documents for adherence to rules and regulations.
• Instruct clients on options to correct failed (nondiscrimination) tests.
• Maintain daily schedule adherence to support call volumes.
• Assist associates with questions and escalated calls.
