Job summary

ADP is seeking a Plan Administration professional to provide services on 401(k) MEP and prototype plans for clients, ensuring timely input of transactions and client satisfaction. You will assist the 401(k) specialist, maintain master worksheets, audit year-end processes, and update payroll systems to reflect plan changes.

Qualifications

  • Education requirement is a 2-year degree in business administration.
  • Relevant experience in general business administration or client service is preferred.
  • Payroll systems experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the Regional 401(k) Master Retirement Plan worksheet and reports monthly.
  • Audits Year-End processes with the 401(k) team to ensure continuity.
  • Compiles 401(k) Prototype forms and updates payroll systems.
  • Updates compliance coding for MEP and Prototype quarterly.
  • Processes changes in payroll and demographic files and ensures accurate reporting.
  • Supports clients with record keeping forms and website access.
  • Participates in trainings to stay current on laws and processes.
  • Tracks terminated clients and handles payroll setup for new clients.
