Job summary

ADP is seeking a Plan Administration professional to support 401(k) MEP and Prototype plans, plus payroll-only functions on client-owned plans. You will assist Clients, New Business, HR and Payroll while building technical and compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience with general business administration or equivalent.
  • Client service skills mandatory.
  • 1-2 years experience with qualified plans.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the Regional 401(k) Master Retirement Plan worksheet and reports monthly to the region.
  • Audit plans after year-end with supervisor to ensure continuity of plan administration.
  • Compile 401(k) prototype forms and update payroll systems for changes.
  • Update compliance coding on a quarterly basis (MEP and Prototype).
  • Process client changes on Payplus and Hrizon; coordinate with the 401(k) Specialist.
  • Audit demographic data transmissions for accuracy.
  • Handle eligibility and participation coding for various employee statuses.
  • Prepare and report to Retirement Services for 5500 reporting and documentation.
  • Maintain records of client calls in Clarify and assist with forms input.
