Core duties include calculating benefits, researching corrective action, performing ADP/ACP, top-heavy, 410(b) Coverage and 404(a) testing, and drafting plan amendments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3 years experience in retirement industry.
• QKA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate benefits.
• Research corrective action when errors occur.
• Perform ADP/ACP Test, top-heavy, 410(b) Coverage, and 404(a) testing.
• Prepare Form 5500SF & 8955SSA.
• Draft Plan Amendments.
