The role includes coordinating various educational initiatives, building partnerships, and empowering volunteers to deliver impactful programs.

Ideal candidates will possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required. The position offers a salary range of $17.00 – $19.00 per hour but does not include university benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and implementation of College and Career Pathways programming.
• Build and expand local partnerships for the 4-H program.
