Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Educational Program Associate I to support 4-H Youth Development programs in Dent County, Salem, MO.

The role involves planning, management, and delivery of curricula, partnerships with schools and community groups, and volunteer coordination. Responsibilities include coordinating events, reporting outcomes, fundraising support, and ensuring access to extension programs.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Preferred: six hours in one or more PRKC domains for youth development.
• Experience in group work with children may substitute for stated education.
• Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for positive youth development in the community.
• Build external local partnerships to grow the 4-H program in the county.
• Build internal partnerships with UM colleges and Missouri Extension programs.
• Coordinate and/or conduct educational events, contests, camps, and programs.
• Contribute to statewide efforts and report accomplishments to supervisors and funders.
• Assist with record keeping and report preparation for 4-H Youth Development programs.
