Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to review housekeeping work prior to guest check-ins, perform inventories, and assist the department with ongoing projects for property improvement.

The role requires collaborating with housekeepers, communicating training needs, and ensuring 4 Diamond level cleanliness. Strong attendance and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of property management system SMS is desirable.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred to assist in the office if necessary.
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and write clearly to document inspections.

Responsabilités

• Inspect housekeeping work prior to guest check-ins and conduct inventories.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping responsibilities in a high-paced environment.
• Interact with housekeepers and communicate training needs to improve quality.
• Inform and coordinate with resort staff to maintain communication between departments.
• Attend required meetings and uphold attendance policies.
