Hilton Santa Clara is seeking a capable housekeeping supervisor to lead room attendants and ensure the hotel maintains 4-diamond cleanliness and service standards. You will assist in scheduling, inventory control, training, and daily operations while coordinating with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires oversight of logs, safety compliance, and a proactive approach to staff development, with a comprehensive benefits package supporting long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and documenting maintenance issues, room deficiencies, safety concerns, and communicating them promptly.
• Experience inspecting guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other spaces to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist department manager in maintaining inventory of uniforms, supplies and equipment.
• Schedule cleaning of carpets, upholstery, draperies and periodic projects; maintain logs.
• Inspect hotel condition and ensure 4-diamond standards of cleanliness are met.
• Assign room lists and keys, control access, and coordinate with front desk.
• Support staff recruitment, training and performance management.
• Prepare weekly schedules and conduct hospitality audits.
• Ensure all guest issues are resolved with appropriate compensation and follow-up.
• Adhere to budgeted wage/hour limits and company procedures.
