Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class B license or ability to obtain Class A with endorsements within 6 months.
• Strong safety record and ability to operate heavy equipment preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance and readiness for emergency work 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual road construction and maintenance tasks.
• Deliver materials to project sites and operate light/medium equipment.
• Cut roadside grass; replace guardrails; collect refuse from roadways.
• Snow/ice removal and winter maintenance on roads and walkways.
• Assist with flagging and traffic control; maintain daily records.
