Tri County Ford Mercury Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team. The right candidate will have sales experience and a passion for working with people.

We offer a training guarantee of $2,500 per month, a six-figure potential with bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who can represent our Ford family with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to learn product lines and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and completing purchases.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Explain financing options and vehicle features; meet or exceed sales targets.
