Sales Associates guide customers through purchasing new or used vehicles, generating leads, and processing applications according to policy. The role offers Commission + Salary and/or Draw, with benefits including health plans, an on-site clinic, training, and a 401K with match and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life.
• Welcome all guests, understand and demonstrate vehicle product features and technologies, create brand excitement.
• Assist with demonstration drives of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews.
