Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment.
• Experience leading teams in electronics or contract manufacturing.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, direction, coaching, and support to employees.
• Supervise departmental activities to meet production and company requirements.
• Assign work and establish procedures to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Regulate workflow to maximize capacity, productivity, and efficiency.
• Train, advise, and counsel employees on work processes, procedures, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental performance and progress toward objectives.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, SOX, and Management System Standards.
• Support HR in recruiting, interviewing, and employee development.
