The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee a team. This client has a 4 Day/Week Manufacturing Schedule! This Supervisor will have a consistent schedule 4 Days/Week with the hours of 3 PM to 1 AM.

Base pay

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against aggressive production targets
• Assign work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms safety, quality, and throughput
• Completes Daily Operation Checklist
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations and shop rules plant wide.
• Maintains housekeeping administrative standards throughout production department.
• Interprets work instructions to workers, and assigns duties.
• Assigns overtime for production workers.
• Note: 4 Day/Week schedule with 3 PM - 1 AM shift.
