Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support orders and loading operations. You will work in a climate-controlled warehouse, selecting products, verifying quantities, and moving goods between dock and storage areas.

This role includes operating reach trucks and pallet jacks, following safety protocols, and contributing to on-time shipments. A 4-day work week and competitive pay are provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.
• 1+ year distribution warehouse experience preferred, including reach truck/pallet jack/forklift operation.
• Reading, writing and understanding English at a level sufficient for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving items between dock and warehouse.
• Operate in various areas: Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others.
• Use provided freezer suits, hats, and gloves as needed.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability and condition of product.
• Drive and operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort and stack product.
