McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV to fulfill customer orders by pulling full-case products within our Danville, IL facility. Read labels, verify quantities, and move items with powered equipment to the dock.

You must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to read and write English to perform tasks safely. We emphasize teamwork, detail orientation, and safety, with a $25/hour pay rate and comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and task execution.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
