Job summary

CVS Health in our Retail locations is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You will follow a comprehensive training roadmap and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while delivering caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or acceptance.
• Must have or be pursuing valid intern/technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and maintain patient privacy.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care activities where allowed by law.
• Participate in inventory tasks and maintain SOP adherence.
