Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in a real-world setting within CVS Retail locations. You will work under a preceptor to complete a comprehensive training roadmap, support pharmacists, and ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.

You will learn store, district, and regional operations while delivering caring service, following SOPs, and developing hands-on clinical and technical skills for future pharmacist roles.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or admission
• Intern and/or technician licensure as required by state law
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs and leadership exposure
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and promptly
• Follow SOPs and deliver empathetic, patient-centered service
• Support immunizations and other patient care services where permitted
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and compliance with regulations
