Job summary

CVS Health in Mobile, AL seeks a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you’ll follow a detailed training roadmap, participate in KLEs, and support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service.

You will gain hands-on experience through experiences and leadership interactions while learning about store, district, and regional operations.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focusing on KLEs and gaining exposure to store, district, and regional operations.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in all patient interactions and adhere to SOPs.
