Kelly is hiring a Wastewater Operator for the 3rd shift in North Attleboro, MA. The role requires a Massachusetts Grade 2 Industrial Wastewater License and 1–2+ years of related experience.

You will operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems to ensure compliance with permits and environmental regulations. The position offers full-time, permanent employment with benefits, including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Grade 2 Industrial Wastewater License required.
• 1–2+ years of wastewater treatment, chemical processing, electrochemical refining, or plating experience preferred.
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals including acids and bases.
• Strong math, chemistry, and troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with pumps, piping, gauges, filters, and hand tools.
• Forklift experience preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and recording wastewater flow systems.
• Operating pumps, pH meters, flow meters, and filtration systems.
• Changing filters and performing routine maintenance.
• Collecting samples for lab testingMaintaining chemical inventories and supplies.
• Assisting with waste solution handling and disposal.
• Following all SOPs, OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
