Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and management.
• Familiarity with HR processes such as scheduling and performance reviews.
• Understanding of safety policies and compliance in a warehouse.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train personnel to meet production and safety standards.
• Inspect pallets to ensure customer specifications and quality.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Help teams meet daily production goals and set priorities.
• Prepare reports and manage pallet inventory.
• Coordinate shift transitions and workspace setup.
