PLA Supply Chain Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the 3rd shift in Hermiston, OR to guide a team toward production goals while maintaining safety and compliance. You will work with facility management to ensure alignment toward shared objectives and oversee shift transitions and day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes leading by example, training staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication across teams to achieve targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 6+ months of experience in a leadership or similar role.
• Ability to perform essential duties and meet production goals.
• Strong communication skills and HR processes knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train personnel to meet production and safety standards.
• Inspect pallets for customer specifications and quality control.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
• Help team meet daily production goals and set priorities.
• Prepare reports and maintain pallet inventory.
