• Vacuum, sweep, and dust office areas for a professional appearance.
• Maintain outside grounds and assist with snow/ice removal as needed.
• Help move equipment or furniture and monitor pest control devices.
• Complete job-related checklists and maintenance forms daily.
• Adapt to changing assignments and schedules as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance as a vital requirement.
