Qualifications

3+ years warehouse experience.
Experience leading a team of people required.
Strong communication skills - verbal and nonverbal.
Clear, effective and directive communicator.
Organizational skills.
Ability to delegate to individual team members.
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and WMS)
Ability to move and lift up to 70 pounds

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for your area and manage team productivity.
Coach and document employee issues, conduct performance reviews, and manage timesheets.
Ensure safety, OSHA/ISO/DOT compliance, and 100% incident reporting within 24 hours.
Own KPI targets for safety, people, culture, customer needs, quality and on-time delivery.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and cost reduction efforts.
Develop team skills through training and targeted turnover reduction.
