Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• WMS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct distribution associates focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Perform process audits to ensure compliance to procedures.
• Hands-on participation directing daily activities and flow of associates for maximum efficiency.
• Capture daily performance to identify methods to increase performance.
• Monitor system and communicate with internal/external customers for timely work completion.
• Attend and assist with Pre-Shift meetings to share safety, daily plans, and staffing needs.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding associate performance, behavior, and attendance.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE; other duties as requested by management.
