Responsibilities

• Lead the designated work area and drive team productivity.
• Coach team members, document issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/ISO/DOT).
• Manage KPI targets for safety, people, culture, and on-time delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
