Certco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift at our Femrite location in Madison, WI. You will supervise the overnight team, manage workflow, monitor accuracy, and ensure a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while ensuring training and development of staff. Familiarity with WMS and DOT/logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with solid math skills.
• 3+ years in warehouse leadership or supervision.
• Experience with WMS and DOT/logistics is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Direct and control all functions within the facility by managing the workforce and ensuring a highly productive environment.
• Mentor team members through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Ensure safety of employees while working and maintain compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with other shifts to ensure smooth production flow and staffing.
