Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Elk Grove Village to lead daily operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while enforcing safety standards. The role focuses on optimizing productivity and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing receiving/shipping, and maintaining organization and safety. 3rd shift 10pm–6am; base salary to $85k plus OT.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks as needed.
• Customer service mindset for vendor and client interactions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and space utilization.
• Monitor safety compliance and implement operational best practices.
• Resolve order discrepancies and shipment issues.
• Train, evaluate, and support team members to build performance and morale.
