GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead day-to-day warehouse activities on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am).

The role involves coaching a team, scheduling, ensuring service quality, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment. The position requires 2 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Always maintain a clean environment.
